                               ABOUT BIORHYTHMS
                               ================

          BIORHYTHMS consist of three major cycles, the PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL,
     and INTELLECTUAL cycles.
          According to past research, if you begin each cycle at zero at
     birth on an upward swing, the different intertwinings of these cycles
     as you go through life, will point to specific periods when certain
     experiences are likely to come about for you.
          The type of connection between these three cycles on any specific
     day/month will point to some tension in your life and will somewhat
     describe the type of incident that is likely to happen at the time
     indicated.
          In my research, I have learned to apply these life rhythms to
     entities such as businesses, countries, or partnerships of all kinds
     with the same good success as applying the rhythms to people.

          I have come to view the graphic cycle display in the following
     manner:
          The top half of the graphic cycle display can be considered a
     more positive part of the cycle. The bottom half of the graphic cycle
     display can be considered a more negative part of the cycle.
          An upward slope of each cycle, as you move toward the future, is
     a more positive part of the cycle. A downward slope of each cycle, as
     you move toward the future, is a more negative part of the cycle.
          The PEAKS and VALLEYS of each cycle, and the point where each
     cycle crosses the graphic midline are FOUR CRITICAL points of each
     cycle.

          The graphic representation of the biorhythms in the 70 day format
     the 70 day comparative graphic format, and especially the yearly
     graphic biorhythm representation are new innovations of ASTRO
     METAPHYSICAL SERVICES. To my knowledge, no one else has developed/
     uses the YEARLY BIORHYTHM analysis in the same manner I have
     developed. ASTRO METAPHYSICAL SERVICES has found this yearly biorhythm
     analysis to give a true overall view of any six year period of the
     life of any entity; person, business, government organization/
     institution.

          BIORHYTHMS FOR YOU (V4) allows you to compare two individual
     entities, whether a person or other being or any other entity such as
     a company, country, etc, to see how compatible they are/can be, and
     gives you an indication of what is necessary for the two to be able
     to get along on a more positive level.

          Biorhythms can be used to warn you of more negative situations
     that are likely to come into your life at the time(s) indicated by

     the specific graphic representation. You can use this biorhythm to
     reduce the likelhood of accident or injury as the Swiss government
     and Japanese insurance companies have been known to do. Biorhythms can
     be used to indicate better times to make more positive decisions and
     times when you should have more energy, or better healing power. They
     can indicate when more difficult time are likely to ease up for you.

                   BIORHYTHMS FOR YOU V5 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
                   ============================================

          Comparative biorhythms can be used to tell you the best way to
     react with another entity at a specific day/time in order to bring
     about mutually best results to both parties/you. Through the study
     of your reactions with another in combination with these COMPARATIVE
     BIORHYTHMS, you can learn the best times to approach another entity
     for each specific need you have from that other entity.

                      ====================================
                      RUNNING THE DEMONSTRATION BIO POGRAM
                      ====================================

          To run the DEMONSTRATION BIORHYTHM program, type "DBIOS4U" from
     within the "BIORTHM" directory and <ENTER>. From anyother position
     you must lead with the appropriate drive and PATH.

          Once this program is up and running it will look to see which
     directory your computer's "SORT.EXE" file is in. If this "SORT.EXE"
     file is not in either the "\WINDOWS\COMMAND\" or "DOS" diretories,
     you will see the following error message:

           "I CAN'T FIND YOUR [COMAND] FILE!? INSERT IN IT'S DRIVE "
           "OR ENTER APPROPRIATE DRIVE\PATH DESIGNATION---"
           "THE FULL PATH SHOULD END WITH '\' "

     You should not be alarmed when this message pops up, as it should
     only occur on the first run, unless you change the location of the
     "SORT.EXE" file. You can either type and enter the DRIVE and PATH
     to the present location of this "SORT.EXE" file, or, end the program
     with <control+break> and copy the file to one of these lccations. If
     you enter the PATH designation, but forget the DRIVE designation, you
     will be prompted to enter the DRIVE designation with the following
     error message:

           " YOU DID NOT TELL WHICH DRIVE THE FILES ARE IN! "

     at which time you should enter the DRIVE. (Ex. "C:", "B:", or "A:")

          The first input screen prompts you to enter your choice for
     graphic screen colors. Selection "1." will produce graphic output
     with one color for all three biorhythm cycles of each individual on
     the screen. This will make it easier to distinguish the cycles of each
     individual entity. Selection "2." will produce graphic output with
     one color for each cycle of each individual. Selection "2." is a more
     colorful mix but probably a little more difficult to interpret,
     especially from printed copy.

          Next the program will look to see where on your computer the
     "BIORTHM" directory is located. If this directory is not located in
     the ROOT directory of drive "C:", "B:", or "A:", you will be prompted
     to enter the proper DRIVE and full PATH to the "BIORTHM" directory
     with the following message:

           "I'M LOOKING FOR YOUR BIORHYTHM PROGRAM!? IT'S NOT IN DRIVE"
           " IT MUST BE BURIED!??"
           " ENTER APPROPRIATE DRIVE & PATH DESIGNATION---"
           " THE FULL PATH SHOULD END WITH '\BIORTHM' "

     Example: If you have copied the "BIORTHM" directory with it's files
     to the "GAMES" or "HEALTH" directory on your "C:" drive, then you
     should type and enter "C:\GAMES" or "C:\HEALTH" whichever is
     appropriate. Again, if you forgot to enter the DRIVE designation,
     you will again be prompted to enter the correct DRIVE designation
     with the following message:

           " YOU DID NOT TELL WHICH DRIVE YOUR PROGRAM IS IN! "

     Simply enter the appropriate DRIVE desgination for this BIORHYTHM
     program.
          After the FIRST run of this program you should not see these
     messages again. After this first run, the program should remember
     the proper path to run this program unless you change your system
     somehow.

          The next input screen prompts you to enter your name/company/-
     business name. You should remember to enter this name, spelled the
     same, each time you begin operation of this program, since it will be
     part of the user/owner code that will identify the user/owner.
          After entering the proper name and birth date of the entity, the
     program will pass through a program idenification screen to the first
     menu screen. This first menu screen will allow you to choose;
       1) a single biorhythm chart for one individual/entity:
       2) a comparative biorhythm chart that will overlap the biorhythm
     graphs of any two individuals/entities:
       3) a six year yearly biorhythm life analysis, a new biorhythm feature.
          Upon chart type selection, this screen will offer you the choice
     of a short 30 day or long 70 day biorhythm chart for the daily charts.

                   BIORHYTHMS FOR YOU V4 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
                   ============================================

     The longer seventy day chart will allow you to see more clearly the
     how and why of situations developing throughout your life.
          The top of the third screen is for data entry of the beginning
     date of the biorhythm graphic chart you would like to look at. You
     should enter two digits for both the month and day dates, and four
     digits for the year to begin the chart interpretation. I usually begin
     the interpretation at least 10 to 15 days prior to the date I am
     focusing on for a daily interpretation, and at least one year prior
     to the year I am interested in a yearly interpretation.
          The daily charts can be started at any day of any year from 1541
     A.D. through 2152 A.D. with accuracy.
          The bottom of the third screen is the data entry screen calling
     for entering the birthdate/begin date of the individual/entity you
     wish to analyze. This date information should be entered here in the
     same entry format as the chart begin date as mentioned above.
          If you have chosen to analyze two individuals/entities, the
     screen will clear and another screen will be brought up for you to
     enter the birthdate/begin date of the second individual/entity you
     wish to analyze in this comparative chart. You should again use the
     same date entry format as the previous date entry screens.
          Upon completion of birthdate/begin date entry, the biorhythms
     will be produced on the following graphics screen. The individual
     daily and yearly charts will each have three biorhtyhms graphed.
     The comparative biorhythm analysis will have one or two of each of
     the PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, and INTELLECTUAL biorhythms depending on how
     closely each type biorhythms of the two individuals/entities coincide.
     Of course the reason why you may see only one of a certain biorhythm
     in the comparative chart, is that the PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, or
     INTELLECTUAL biorhythm in question may coincide exactly for both
     entities.
          To print these graphs, simply press <SHIFT+Prt Sc>.

          If you wish to look at the biorhythms prior to the date at which
     the present graph began, enter "B", or "b". This will produce a graph
     ending on the date of this present graph. If you wish to look to the
     future with the birthdates on the present graph, enter "F", or "f".
     This will cause a graph to be produced that will begin on the date
     the present graph ended. You will not be required to enter the same
     birthdates to look in either direction.
          A "Q", or "q", or <ENTER> will cause the screen to clear and
     allow you to choose other graphs and/or birthdates to analyze.
